As we enter our 19th year in this industry, we are looking for an individual to add to our office team as we grow. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, basic knowledge of computer systems, and most importantly a compassionate heart toward our seniors and veterans whom we serve.


Client Care Coordinator role in which the primary responsibility is to manage client services through timely and accurate scheduling of personal assistants to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction in keeping with our core values. Manage the overall caregiver/client schedule in the cloud-based operating system. Professionally resolve client complaints or concerns. Effectively support the Client Care Manager by supervising, coaching, and mentoring all supervisory-level staff. Develop strong working relationships with caregivers to support scheduling efforts.

  • Phone Etiquette: ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and handle calls professionally
  • Communication: ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Customer Satisfaction: ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and ensure their satisfaction
  • Customer Service: ability to provide courteous and professional service to clients both in person and over the phone
  • Experience working with elderly and disabled individuals preferred
  • Experience in care management, customer service, or related field preferred but not required
  • Candidate must be professional
  • Strong knowledge of computer skills and systems
  • Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Management experience
