Our Personal Assistants Possess the Heart of a Servant
COVID 19 is affecting literally every man, woman and child in some shape, form or manner. During these unprecedented times, it’s important to recognize the true heroes in the midst of this calamity.
Alternative Senior Care would like to recognize the sacrifices being made by our personal assistants and all health care professionals on the front lines of this crisis. As a home care company serving seniors in our communities, we provide essential services to the population most at risk from the Coronavirus. While other hunkers down and practice self-isolation, caregiving staff throughout the health care continuum are putting themselves out there to care for those in need.
We’d like to express our heart-felt appreciation to all those who choose to put the needs of others above their own health and well-being. Caregivers are cut from a different cloth than the rest of us. Thank you all for possessing the heart of a servant. Phillipians 2: 3-4 “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
Lainie recalled her favorite subject in school was Home Economics,
