Caregiver Appreciation Expo – You Are Invited!
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work for Alternative Senior Care? If you’re curious, we’d like to invite you to our Caregiver Appreciation Expo scheduled for Tuesday October 27th from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the beautiful Crooked Willow Event Center in Osakis.
It’s important for our employees to know just how much we appreciate the impact they’re having in the lives of our clients. We understand that our caregivers are the heart and soul of our company. Without them, our company simply does not exist.
This expo is just one of the ways we try to help our staff realize how valuable they are to the success of our company! This will be an open house format with hors d’oeuvres, drawings, awards, massages, and fun activities. You can come talk to our office staff and mingle with our caregivers. Talk directly our staff to get your questions and concerns answered.
Now more than ever, we need to hire and retain quality caregivers. Within Alternative Senior Care, we strive to create an atmosphere that nurtures our staff and provides for a rewarding career and job satisfaction.
Lainie recalled her favorite subject in school was Home Economics,
