Learning and Growing: Our Nurse Stephanie Hosted a Comprehensive Training
Comprehensive Advanced Care Training equips staff to help clients with high level of needs. Topics include Medication administration, oxygen, diabetes management, vitals, special diets, bed positioning, and Hospice to name a few. On Friday, Stephanie Larson RN, trained in 3 new staff and one refresher. We are happy to see our staff choose to move up in their position from a Basic Caregiver to an Advanced level. We offer our staff more trainings and special interest trainings throughout the year. We believe investing in educating and equipping our staff is a priority to providing excellent care for our clients and building our team knowledge and rapport. We are blessed to be growing! A special thank you our amazing team and their leader Stephanie Larson RN for a job well done!
Lainie recalled her favorite subject in school was Home Economics,
