Caregiving is a Rewarding Career
Being a Caregiver is very rewarding. One of our caregivers, Mary Olmshied, and myself were interviewed on KASM radio yesterday, Mary was asked, “What is the most rewarding thing about caregiving?” Mary mentioned the purpose, appreciation, flexibility and how meaningful of a career it is. Mary mentioned her appreciation for Alternative Senior Care’s ongoing trainings and the ability to learn and grow from many experiences she has had in the last 7 years at Alternative Senior Care. Among the many benefits, bonuses and overall moral of the company, Mary also commented on the wonderful feeling she has when she makes her client’s day. Lainie recalled her favorite subject in school was Home Economics,
