Still Hiring and Still Caring For Clients
Alternative Senior Care is still hiring and still caring for our clients. We’d like to welcome our most recent group of new hires seen here in our training room. During these crazy times, it’s not “business as usual” but… we are in the business of serving others, even during this COVID-19 pandemic. Home care is considered “essential services” under Minnesota’s Executive Order 20-20.
As a homecare company, WE ARE social distancing in health care! There is no better way to provide care for patients than one on one in their own home. We are trying to minimize contact for vulnerable patients by doing the following:
- Triaged our clients, reducing or stopping services for non-essential services such as cleaning, laundry…
- Daily screening and checking in with our staff to ensure they’re well
- Having as few staff as possible serving individual clients
- Continually reminding and educating our staff on infection control
We have a great staff of caregivers available to serve your clients. And yes… we’re always looking for more compassionate people to care for all the clients who need our services.
Lainie recalled her favorite subject in school was Home Economics,
