Local Charities Benefit from ASC Training Event
Alternative Senior Care recently conducted our annual training event. Due to the generosity of our employees, we were able to collect numerous items that were donated to a local food shelf. ASC also donated to two local charities chosen by our staff. Central MN Elder Network and the Eagle’s Healing Nest each received a $100.00 donation.
ASC has always provided training and support that goes beyond what is required by our license. We choose to bring our caregivers together once per year to provide a portion of that training but… it’s much more than that! Coming together as a team and enjoying the camaraderie is an important part of the experience. This annual event gives them an opportunity to receive some education and have a little fun in the process.
Alternative Senior Care is passionate about providing professional, trustworthy and reliable personal assistants. We look for warm, honest, caring people, then boost their skills with training. We nurture them to become the caregiver your family member deserves. Ongoing education not only ensures quality care for our clients, it also enhances caregiver confidence. Being well educated and fully supported helps our staff to feel valued and appreciated.
