Tracine has many attributes that make her exceptional employee. She is an outstanding caregiver and is very efficient when caring for her clients. She has great intuition and can immediately see a need, then takes care of her clients in a way that shows great compassion and empathy. Tracine never needs to be told what to do and is always one step ahead in whatever work needs to be done. She has built great relationships with the clients and their families.
