Welcoming Jacie Blenker to the Alternative Senior Care Team
At Alternative Senior Care, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional people. We are excited to welcome Jacie Blenker to our team as our new Personal Assistant Coordinator.
Jacie brings a wealth of healthcare knowledge, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for helping others live with dignity and independence. Her commitment to person-centered care and advocacy makes her a wonderful addition to our organization and the individuals and families we proudly serve.
Jacie’s journey in healthcare began in high school when she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. She continued building her expertise by earning an Associate’s degree as a Medical Assistant, gaining valuable experience in both clinical patient care and healthcare administration. Her dedication to professional growth led her to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, equipping her with the leadership skills needed to support both clients and care teams.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jacie’s personal experiences have deeply shaped her approach to care. As the legal guardian for her adult sibling, she has firsthand experience advocating for a loved one, navigating complex support systems, and ensuring access to quality services and meaningful life opportunities. This perspective gives her a unique understanding of the challenges families face and reinforces her commitment to providing compassionate, individualized support.
As Personal Assistant Coordinator, Jacie is passionate about fostering collaboration between caregivers, clients, and families while promoting independence, respect, and opportunity for every individual. She believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity and empowered to live life to the fullest.
Outside of work, Jacie is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. Her faith in Christ serves as the foundation for her life and inspires her to serve others with compassion, integrity, and purpose each day.
We are thrilled to have Jacie join the Alternative Senior Care family. Her experience, leadership, and heart for service will help us continue our mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care that empowers individuals to remain independent and engaged in their communities.
